Plan Overview
- Jones will match your contributions 100% up to 5% of pay
- All full-time employees (age 21 and older) are eligible to participate in the 401(k) on the first day of the month following 60 days of service
- Employees are automatically enrolled to defer 5% of pay; changes can be made at any time
- Contributions may be pre-tax basis, post-tax basis (Roth), or a combination of both
- Vesting is 100% of employee’s contribution AND employer match
- The maximum deferral limit is 100% of pay not to exceed the annual IRS limit
- Catch‐Up Contribution for those age 50 or over is $6,000 for 2020

Changes to your 401(k) plan can be made anytime by phone, online or by app.
- Call 1-800-354-2351
- Visit rps.troweprice.com
- First time visiting? Choose "Register" and follow the prompts to create a username and password.
- Download the T. Rowe Price app
How to Change your 401(k) Contribution Online:
- Go to rps.troweprice.com
- Enter login credentials
- Click "View Account Details"
- Click "Your Contributions"
- Click "Change Contributions"
- To confirm, click " Change Contributions"
- Enter the percentage you wish to contribute weekly
- Click "Continue"
