FSA Medical – Taxsaver
You do not have to enroll in a Jones health plan to be eligible for this benefit.
NOTE: Jones will contribute $25 annually to the Health Care FSA of all employees participating in the Health Care FSA.
How the Health Care FSA Works:
- Estimate health care expenses for you and your eligible dependents.
- Contribute up to $3,200 for the year with pre-tax money with the ability to carry over $640 to following years*.
- Use a debit card to pay for copays, coinsurance, prescription drugs, glasses, and other eligible expenses.
*You can use up to the amount you elected to contribute, even if the money is not yet in your account.
The FSA claims submission deadline is 90 days after the end of each plan year. All claims incurred in the prior plan year must be submitted to TaxSaver Plan by 3/31 of each year to avoid plan forfeitures.
