• What is GenYOU?

  GenerationYOU (GenYOU) is a health advocacy program provided by UMR. Through GenYOU, you will have access to health-related info specific to you and your family's needs. GenYOU also provides you with a representative to help you navigate your healthcare journey.

• What can GenYOU help you with?

  • Finding the right healthcare provider nearby 
  • Understanding the details of the UMR health plan 
  • Determining out-of-pocket costs for medical services  

  • Looking into recent medical claims to verify they were billed correctly  
  • Seeing how much has been paid towards and how much is left on the deductible

• Get Started With GenYOU

  Activate your GenYOU account by completing one of the following:

  • Calling 1-844-600-0919
  • Logging into your UMR account and clicking "GenYOU"
  • Downloading the GenYou app

  
  Once you've activated your GenYOU account, complete the "Story of You" questionnaire. This questionnaire will provide GenYOU guides with info regarding your family history, general healthcare knowledge, and financial situation.
  

  Your profile is complete! Now you can contact a GenYOU guide anytime you need help making healthcare decisions.  

• Story Of You Questionnaire

  Complete the "Story Of You" Questionnaire by 8/31/24 and receive a $25 gift card in the mail! 

  Steps To Complete

  1. Visit UMR.com and Login 
  2. Click on "GenYOU" then click "Point Of You" 
  3. Complete the "Story of You" questionnaire. 
  4. Receive a $25 gift card in the mail!
